Join us for a Central Oregon S2S Party - ready to go at 11am on Saturday, 27 August. Coordination for the event will be by Chris-KC7UJO as needed to reduce doubling and confusion - listen for his voice of reason.

PNW Winter S2S Party - March 19, 2022

Time for another Pacific Northwest get-out-and-SOTA-saturday!  Choose a hill, post an alert, and get on a summit on March 19, 2022. Or stay at home in that nice warm shack of yours and chase. Doesn't matter as long as you get on the air!

This weekend is the annual Salmoncon pQRP 'con' up at Valley Camp near North Bend, WA.

I'm coordinating an S2S QSO party for the event. The target to be on a summit is noon (1900 UTC). We will use 146.58 FM for local coordination / S2S contacts. Many stations will also be running HF, so keep an eye on SOTAWatch.

VE7 S2S Party

VE7 is having a Summit-to-Summit Party!  Our last S2S Party, which was far too long ago, was a great success and tons of fun.

Sunday, 30th June at Noon local time – rain or shine; hopefully shine. Activators have already indicated participation from SOTA summits around the Metro Vancouver Region, up and down the Island, and the interior.

Summit:
W7W/SK-160

May 18th was the Puget Sound S2S party. I had plans to take my son dirt biking in Walker Valley in the afternoon, so I needed a quick summit that was resonably close to Walker Valley ORV park. Mount Cavanagh fit the bill nicely, and was surprisingly pleasent!

Portland Urban S2S Party | 26-April

Spring is here and it's time to get back out there and activate. We thought it would be fun to meet up with fellow Activators and to encourage new Activators. There are a number of SOTA peaks in and around Portland and we'd like to get activators up on all of them at the same time. We could all work each other on the air and then meet up after for an 'eyeball' QSO.
