This is a four point summit near John Day Oregon. To get there take Forest Road 18, AKA Keeny Forks Road, from Hwy 26 between John Day and Prairie City. Follow this paved road to 44.5392, -118.8408, just short of Four Corners. You can drive a short distance on a gravel road to a locked gate or start walking from the pavement. The road goes to a forest service gate that is right in front of a private posted gate. You can follow the first fence line up to the ridge line, cross it, and then there is a cat track that goes most of the way up to the summit. A bit of picking your way up hill will get you to the private fence line again. Follow this to the high point of the ridge. You will then be in the activation zone. The summit proper is on the little in-holding which is posted and fenced. At the high point of the public land there is open forest with lots of trees for antenna erecting.

I am calling this summit Four Corners High Point due to its proximity to Four Corners labeled on the map. Note that I wanted to call it sign peak.
