First-ever activation? Wait, isn't that private property? The answer to both of those questions is YES. But let me tell you a quick story...
After doing a some research online, I reached out to who I believed the property owner to be, asking for permission to activate Black Diamond Hill (AKA Aquaman Mtn). Total long shot! It turns out to be locally-owned managed forest land, and to my surprise the guy replied back and offered not just permission to access the summit but to meet up with me and show me around. At this particular time (2/8/25) there was some snow, and he even gave me a ride up to the summit and hot coffee while I was activating! Talk about getting spoiled rotten. He was just the nicest guy, so generous.

Parking: there is parking (47.320119, -121.962974) about a quarter-mile from the access road. Gate to the summit is locked with posted no-trespassing. It's an easy hike up a graveled road to the summit, about 1.4 mi & 400 ft elevation gain.
There are no cell-towers at the summit, so no band-pass filter is required.
