Always glad to receive Elmer advice. Using an Elecraft KX3 with a 10 meter mast with an end fed non-resonant 35.5' wire to 9:1 Unun. My dog Scout is totally blind and is my hiking companion, plus other SOTA activators if available. You may see photographs of Scout with an antenna on his collar. Scout wears has a Garmin GPS DC40 Wireless Transmitter Tracking Collar.
